Moms: School Choice Means “Fend for Yourself”

Parents are outraged that legislators are pushing school choice policies that will leave Mississippi children to fend for themselves in a system where schools get to choose which students to educate. Hear Tupelo moms Kate Farabaugh and Vonda Burroughs explain that the real message of school choice is you’re on your own.

Our state Legislature has an obligation to provide adequate resources for the education of all our children, not just a chosen few. That’s why public funds should be used for public schools – for EVERY Mississippi child.
