U.S. House Appropriations Committee Cuts Education Funds

Congressional Update: Massive cuts to Title I and other education funds passed a U.S. House subcommittee last week and passed the full House Appropriations Committee this week, despite significant opposition. The budget bill containing the funding cuts now will go to the full U. S. House for a vote.
